- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on customer feedback
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles
- Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to learn quickly
